Sourcing of external candidates
External candidates will be sourced from write-ins or applications received in response to vacancy advertisements on the 'Career Opportunities' section in the web page.
Submission Of Applications
Interested candidates are invited to sign up via the online recruitment system at (Taleo) by filling out your personal particulars, attaching your resumes and outlining your qualifications.
Candidates who meet the specification of the vacant position will be short-listed for the interview. Specification is defined in terms of academic qualification, experience, competencies and etc.
In general, the minimum academic qualification at the point of entry for executive positions is a recognized basic Degree or Diploma or equivalent professional qualification in the relevant field according to the requirement of the job. Minimum academic qualification for non-executive positions is SPM/SPVM or equivalent.
Candidates selected for the interview will be required to bring along
- original and photocopies of their academic achievement and qualification
- original and photocopies of their extra curricular activities
- document to support past working experiences and
- other relevant document
After the interview, the best candidate will be selected for appointment. The appointment will be subjected to the candidates certified fit for employment by Company Doctor, has no previous criminal record, and has not been declared a bankrupt.
